4. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta). By messaging us you agree to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We store your WhatsApp conversation state temporarily to power our automated assistant. This data is deleted once your enquiry is complete.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (EU region). We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted.
